Returns & Exchanges
Lady Oliver Official ensures all items are thoroughly checked for any faults before being dispatched. Should you receive an item which is faulty, please contact the Lady Oliver team immediately via our Instagram page and an exchange will be made of the initial purchase price, minus the shipping cost if your request is made within 14 days of purchase.
Lady Oliver Official has the right to deny an exchange on any items if they appear to be undamaged, unopened or worn. If the item has been been received by our office, we will issue you with a credit note minus 15% off the original purchase price.
Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value and all jewellery returned for an exchange must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
Please note: Any wear and tear of items will not be classified as faulty and cannot be returned.
Exchanges in accordance with these terms and conditions will only be given on items purchased from the Lady Oliver website.
Lady Oliver Official will not be liable if you return a parcel to our office and it is lost in the post. We recommend if you are returning and items you are to send them back via a trackable method, in which you are responsible to monitor and ensure it is received by our team. We will notify you via the email provided upon your purchase that we have received your return.
