Our shipping charges are listed below:

Standard Shipping: $9 (2-5 business days)

Express Shipping: $12 (1-2 business days)

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150 AUD

Any orders that are returned to sender will be issued with a refund, minus the original postage cost. This also accounts for any orders which are delivered to an unattended shipping address, the shipping address provided upon purchase is incorrect or you fail to collect your parcel from your local postal office.

Lady Oliver Official is not responsible for the importation or custom fees you may incur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer as they may vary depending on each cost.

If you refuse to pay the importation or custom fees, we will issue you a refund of your initial purchase price, minus the postage amount once the parcel is received back to us.

Lady Oliver Official does not charge or handle any tax charges. If you are charged a tax amount, please directly contact your customs office or Australia Post as we are not responsible to handle this matter.
